Parkour draws on the body’s natural resourcefulness to navigate through a variety of environments with minimum impact. It has great appeal in developing all round human movement skill and agility and also places importance on culture and community. A few of our head coaches started training with Dan Edwardes and his team at Parkour Generations, before Dan and his team joined forces with Wildfitness coaches to deliver our coaches training in Spain in June, 2015.
