The POSE method explains the science and natural laws that govern human movement. Created by Dr Nicholas Romanov the laws are true for all movement but are especially useful to teach running.

Arthur de Vany's Blog

Watamu Marine Association
WMA is a non profit, voluntary organisation bringing together a diverse membership of groups and organisations within Watamu primarily to benefit the community, protect the environment and promote quality tourism. Wildfitness help support local sports teams (football, volleyball and softball) in Watamu.

Malindi Rugby Team
Wildfitness have donated money for sports equipment to the local rugby team in Malindi, helping to support youth sports in Kenya.

Gloves Boxing Club
Based in West Hampstead, London. Founded by Lee Saxby, Gloves is run by James Taylor, Tony Riddle and Kaz Azim. The idea is to get the skilful movement and great conditioning of a pro-boxer without having to receive a punch. You can also enjoy other great movement classes here.
