Nut roast with teriyaki Sauce

Day 2

Breakfast
As above with avocado and papaya smoothies

Lunch
Vegetarian croquet
Green bean and sprout salad
Chickpea and red onion salad
Bowl of soft leaf lettuce with garlic dressing

Dinner
Chilli and black olive salad
Cooked vegetable tower

Grilled butternut squash with mixed herbs
Fresh tomato and rosemary sauce
Mixed salad with brocolli, cauliflower, sugar snap peas and pumpkin seeds and sprouts
Cabbage salad with cumin vinaigrette
Pumpkin & sesame tartlets
 

Dinner
Steamed mixed veg (lots of brocolli & cauliflower)
Carrots & peas with mint
Big green salad (mixed lettuce, green apple, cucumber)
