Our 3-day course is held at Northcourt, a beautiful old English manor with quirky, wild trimmings – the ultimate escape for a British Wildfitness experience.  Located in the heart of the Island’s Downs, a wild run away from the surrounding beaches, it is the perfect place to lose yourself to nature and soak up the Wildfitness philosophy.

The long weekend is ideal for both newcomers and returners of all fitness levels.  Our action-packed programme includes fun, stress-busting activities that take place on the Island’s most picturesque points, skill sessions with our top coaches in the heart of the gardens and imaginatively cooked meals using garden produce to give your body the healthy kick it needs.  Most importantly, we believe you should feel inspired to continue your wild ways back home: our courses are geared to give you valuable time with the coaches and cook who explore new ideas with you and leave you feeling refreshed, re-energized and ready for the week ahead.
