Our 3-day courses are held at Northcourt, a beautiful old English manor with quirky, wild trimmings – the ultimate escape for a British Wildfitness experience.  Located in the heart of the Island’s Downs, a wild run away from the surrounding beaches, it is the perfect place to lose yourself to nature and soak up the Wildfitness philosophy.

The original 3 day Energizer course includes fun, stress-busting activities that take place on the Island’s most picturesque points, skill sessions with our top coaches in the heart of the gardens and practical workshops in secret hide-aways.  We look at the 3 core elements of the Wildfitness philosophy ensuring that, when you are not in action, you are reaping the benefits of relaxation, whether it be by an open fire, in the serenity of the gardens or over an imaginatively cooked meal.

      Our 3 day/3 night Energizer course is packed full of activity, rest-time and deliciously nourishing food,leaving you with a health kick to last for weeks! The course is a great introduction to the Wildfitness philosophy and also welcomes returners who are looking for a refresher boost. Over the 3 days you will take part in natural movement classes, exploratory training, skill-based activities and practical workshops, all of which will give you lots of practical ideas to take away with you.

      If you are looking for an action-packed, fun and inspiring getaway for a group of friends or colleagues, talk to us about our bespoke Energizer courses! Our secluded Isle of Wight hideaway caters for groups of 10-20 people and our expert coaches and cooks will put together a sample itinerary based on your objectives and our philosophy.
