Wildfitness offers a holistic approach to health and fitness. The nature of the 4 day/3 night course on the Isle of Wight gives guests the getaway feeling of an island experience without the hassle of travel. It has been designed to add maximum positive impact and minimal disruption to the working week by allowing guests to reset, refresh or sample Wildfitness for the first time over a long weekend. The IOW retreat is suitable for both Wildfitness veterans and those who are completely new to our courses.

Northcourt, our IOW base, is a family-owned manor house with 15 acres of wild garden grounds tucked away in the Island's downs and a short run from the nearest coastline. Although a straightforward 2.5 hour journey from London, Northcourt presents a natural dwelling far removed from the stresses many of us encounter of a daily basis.  Guests enjoy a range of high quality, nutritious foods, the majority of which are produced on the property's organic walled garden and form the basis of every meal.  As part of the Wildfitness experience, you will benefit from a restful and nourishing environment, which fuels and replenishes the body for the physical activities we explore during the day.  

 These activities form the basis of your Wildfitness experience.  They are designed to deeply inspire your approach to fitness.  Far from just ‘running’ (a concern many clients share prior to their first Wildfitness experience), the Wildfitness programme is embedded in functional movement and uses a variety of activities to build strength, increase flexibility and reawaken the senses.  

Our expert coaches and IOW team are on hand to help you attain your own goals and objectives and ensure you leave feeling fully charged and with a sense of enhanced wellbeing.
