This course is an introduction to the Wildfitness approach to wellbeing. The schedule is packed with workshops, core movement classes and adventurous training. Note: You may find that there are other participants on the course that are partaking in longer courses and are therefore entitled to different things or are in a different stage in the process. This course is predominantly group activities although the trainers are around to talk with at any stage and the group size is a maximum of 14 people. The longer courses have more one-to-one time scheduled in. Exact therapies and skills on offer will vary between courses depending on the team.
