Chicken / fish soup accelerator diet

The diet works as follows: If you try to get leaner by seriously cutting back on your calorie intake then your body will panic – not so much because of the low calories but because of the low nutrition content of the diet. Your body will trigger its “starvation” response, breaking down muscle and hanging on to its fat reserves - which is exactly what you don’t want! Our chicken soup is low calorie but high nutrition. This means your body gets all the nutrition it needs for its muscles and organs and will start to release stored energy from its fat cells.

N. B. We do not offer the chicken soup diet in Greece - since the course is only 7 days we wouldn't want you to miss out on the amazing food!
