Course Options

We run four different courses with a maximum of 11 on our Kenya courses and 16 on our Greece courses (tribal size). Click on the links below to find out more about each course:

All courses are based on bringing to life our Wild Philosophy:

Wild Movement: You will learn about intensity as a key factor to get lean.  You will learn about proper technique as a way to prevent and heal injuries and feel the grace of movement.  All in a fun, outdoor, adventurous and inclusive way - you don't need to be a 'fit' person to attend!  

Wild Eating: You will feel satisfied, light, energised, lean and you will notice symptoms from dry skin to IBS clearing up.  You will be eating the diet your species thrives on with delicious, raw, organic produce. 

Wild Living: You will be given plenty of time to sleep, chill out, play, breath, bond and be with nature.  You will also be shown how your body, on a physiological level reacts to these elements of life.
