Our courses run for 6 weeks and are designed on the basis that you need to exercise with skill and intensity at least twice a week to progress to a fully wild body.

If you are new to Wildfitness…
You will need to do a minimum of 3 personal training sessions before joining a group course in order to learn the basics of the Key Skills – wild running, boxing and kettle bells.
If you have trained with Wildfitness before…
You need to understand the basic principles of wild running, boxing and kettle bells before joining one of our group courses. If you haven’t learnt these skills, or feel they could be rusty, we recommend you do 1 - 3 personal training sessions (depending on your knowledge) before joining a course.
Getting results!
To get a lean, injury-resistant wild body you need to consider two main things while exercising – skill and intensity. Proper movement skills will mean you can exercise intensely without injuring yourself. And exercising intensely is your route to getting lean and strong.
We recommend combining your group training course with one personal training session a week, depending on how fast you want to progress.
