You will learn the importance of moving your whole body, as opposed to isolated, machine-based movement and how to prevent injuring yourself so you can train harder.

Wildfitness sessions offer a complete workout for the whole body. 2 group classes a week and 1 personal coaching session for optional top-up skill training will keep you lean, functionally strong and injury-free. As you can progress with your skills you won’t reach a plateau in your training but will be able to keep learning and improving.
