All our personal training sessions and group training courses take place outside in London’s parks – currently Regent’s Park, Hyde Park and Battersea Park.

Training outside is healing and revitalizing. We did not evolve to spend all our time in crazy air-conditioned buildings with light bulbs or to exercise inside using machines… The outdoors is the way forward:

  • Natural light – the more you get, the more you charge your mojo.
  • Natural surfaces – training on real, bumpy surfaces gives you a better workout and makes your body more real (though not bumpy).
  • Natural air – it’s better for you than the recycled stuff.
  • Natural vistas – being surrounded by nature and having a view that goes further than 4 walls bring us closer to our origins on the savannah. We reverberate with our ancestral stirrings...
