Personal Training

Personal training is the quickest way to teach you new movement skills that will transform your workout. It’s no new concept and there are many personal trainers out there, so why train with us? Well there are a bunch of reasons…

  • Your trainer will be one of our fully qualified Wildfitness Coaches. We spend many months selecting and training the very best people, so we have no doubt they will get you to your goal.
  • Wildfitness Coaches are the only people trained to teach you all three Key Skills – your route to an effective, injury-free, engaging and progressive workout.
  • A 1:1 session allows your Coach to work with and identify any additional factors that may be preventing you getting results e.g. an existing injury, sleep problems, adrenal fatigue or eating habits.
  • A 1:1 session allows your Coach to be responsive to your individual physical, mental and emotional state at the time of the session (e.g. if you're tired, angry or need love it effects your energy levels!)
  • Because all training is based on the Wildfitness philosophy, it’s a great way to prepare for or continue the training you will learn on our holidays.

All personal training sessions are £60 per hour. Please see our Prices & Booking page on how to book.

Getting Results!
To get OR maintain a lean, injury-resistant wild body you need to consider two main things while exercising – skill and intensity. Proper movement skills will mean you can exercise intensely without injuring yourself. Exercising intensely is your route to getting lean and strong.
All Wildfitness sessions combine skill and intensity. For results we recommend two intense workouts per week (either group sessions or personal training) and depending how fast you want to progress, one skill focussed session per week (personal training).

Prepare for Group Training
If you would like to join one of our Group Training Courses you will need to do a minimum of 3 personal training sessions first to learn the basics of the Key Skills – wild running, boxing and kettle bells.
