Group Training Courses
Group Training Courses are 6 weeks in length, with two sessions a week (12 sessions total) and cost £240. Group size is a maximum of 10 wild people to allow for close trainer supervision. You will need to sign up for the complete course as this is the best way to progress and get results. If you have not done a course before or been on a Wildfitness holiday, you will need to do 3 x personal training sessions to learn the key skills before joining the course.

Hyde Park –
1st/2nd Sept - 8th/10th Oct 2008
7am - 8am Every Tuesday & Friday
7pm - 8pm Every Monday & Wednesday
Battersea Park –
2nd Sept - 9th Oct 2008
7pm - 8pm Every Tuesday & Thursday

Once you have booked we will send you a health questionnaire to complete which you will need to bring to your first session.
Personal Training
All personal training sessions with one of our Wildfitness Coaches are £60 per hour. You can book as few or as many as you like but here’s what we recommend:
We currently run personal training in Hyde Park, Regent's Park and Battersea Park. Please contact us for time availability.
