Programme

Wildfitness holidays are the best way to put your animal into the wild, providing all the stimuli needed to gain vigour and vitality: a beautiful chilled out and natural habitat, expert coaching and ideal nutrition. The power of our holidays is in creating the perfect healing conditions, 24 hrs a day, for the length of your stay - you will be amazed at the results you will achieve.  People have changed shape,  cut running and swimming times in half,  enjoyed running for the first time ever and had long term injuries or digestive problems clear up.

We run four different courses with a maximum of 11 on our Kenya courses and 16 on our Greece courses (tribal size). Click on the links below to find out more about each course:

Our holistic approach is comprised of three core parts: Wild Movement, Wild Eating and Wild Living:

Through our Wild Movement programme you will learn about intensity as a key factor to get lean.  You will learn about proper technique as a way to prevent and heal injuries and feel the grace of movement.  All in a fun, outdoor, adventurous and inclusive way - you don't need to be a 'fit' person to attend!  

Through our Wild Eating programme you will feel satisfied, light, energised, lean and you will notice symptoms from dry skin to IBS clearing up.  You will be eating the diet your species thrives on with delicious, raw, organic produce. 

Through our Wild Living programme you will be given plenty of time to sleep, chill out, play, breath, bond and be with nature.  You will also be shown how your body, on a physiological level reacts to these elements of life.
