Warm chicken and coriander salad
Green bean and sprout salad
Bowl of soft leaf lettuce with garlic dressing
Fresh tomato and rosemary sauce

Red snapper en papillote with thyme and tomato
Chilli and black olive salad

Calamari in coconut stew
Raw red snapper ceviche in lime marinade
Mixed salad with brocolli, cauliflower, sugar snap peas and pumpkin seeds and sprouts
Cabbage salad with cumin vinaigrette
Dinner
Grilled beef fillets
Steamed mixed veg (lots of brocolli & cauliflower)
Carrots & peas with mint
Big green salad (mixed lettuce, green apple, cucumber)
