(There is an average of 1 - 2 days off a week. This is usually in the form of 3 – 4 days off between each course - plus one day off in the middle of the longer courses) Included in the package is food, accommodation, flights (from UK, or the equivalent amount paid in contribution towards a flight from another location and travel insurance).
Our philosophy is a departure from conventional fitness and what people commonly associate with the fitness world. We provide training for our coaches that allows them to coach people to be Wild natural human beings which can mean re-learning what is taught traditionally in the fitness industry to make people gym-fit.
