Victoria Bell - 3.5 Week Transformation

"My time at Wildfitness endorsed some deep instincts I already had about fitness and health.  I’ve always found gyms really boring and soul less and I look at all those pre-packaged diet foods and think how can this be sold as health food?  At Wildfitness they teach you how to get back to nature, how to move in a more natural way, to eat in a more natural way and really get in touch with the amazing machine that is your body.  My body definitely responded - by the end of my three-and-a-bit weeks I felt incredibly strong.
 
The best thing I got from my time at Wildfitness was a real gusto for being active.
Before I went I would have been very shy at trying some activities, either because I was too self conscious about not doing it right or frightened I couldn’t do something.  That’s completely changed.  My approach now is much more enthusiastic, much freer.   Challenge me to a bunny hop race round the local park and I’ll be first off the starting line.  That joy and confidence has been a real boost to my exercise routine.
 
It’s a bit like being in a secret club – other people may watch you hanging off trees in the park or stepping on benches and think you are mad but you know you are working your body in the way it’s designed to and you are having loads of fun."
