Menorca

A Spanish island known as the Jewel of the Balearics, Menorca is renowned for its biodiversity and unspoilt coastlines. The Menorcans work passionately to preserve this beautiful island. Continuing to use traditional farming methods, they keep the island’s incredible biodiversity and authentic culture alive. The rich ecosystem of the area means you’ll find tortoises, pine martens and ospreys here, and the abundant flora includes wild orchids, fig, olive and citrus trees.

Binigaus Nou

Our Mediterranean Home: Binigaus Nou, our home in Menorca, is a graceful villa set amongst its own woodland. It has been lovingly restored and developed to include a swimming pool and various outdoor areas that are perfect for al fresco lunches, curling up with a book or meditating.
